Eric Hultman has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington, where he earned Phi Beta Kappa honors, and a JD from NYU Law School, perennially ranked as one of the top 10 law schools in the country. He has obtained reversals of trial court decisions in the Washington Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

• Challenging King County's permit fees as excessive.
• Opposed Renton's attempt to impose improper density restrictions on a developer.
• Assisted property owners in the Washington Supreme Court overturning Seattle's illegal street utility fee.
• Assisted property owners in the U.S. Supreme Court overturning a city's attempt to impose unconstitutional "exactions" on a hardware store owner seeking to expand its store.
In addition, Eric has helped numerous owners and contractors in construction lien matters, property owners in real estate transactions and disputes, and individuals and businesses negotiate and draft contracts and/or litigate disputes involving contracts.
